re5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any re5 services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the re5 platform (including the website and mobile app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published on our platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the re5 platform. re5 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Age Requirement
The re5 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. re5 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access re5's full range of services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. re5 reserves the right to request identity verification (including copies of identification documents) before processing any withdrawal or for other compliance purposes. You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential from others.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
- Notify re5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Re5 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Users agree to use the re5 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules set out herein. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion with other players, or any action intended to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers provided by re5 in a manner contrary to the intent of the respective campaign.
- Transmitting harmful, threatening, or unlawful content through the platform.
Re5 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate any account suspected of involvement in the above activities without any obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the re5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). re5 supports the deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, online bank transfers, and selected e-wallets.
Here are the key points regarding transactions:
- Deposit: Funds deposited into your re5 account are for use on the platform only. Deposits are typically processed shortly after bank confirmation.
- Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to standard compliance review. re5 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Same account: Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the re5 registered account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Tax: Users are responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations relating to their winnings in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Re5 reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction suspected of violating these terms or applicable laws.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Re5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves.
If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, re5 reserves the right to withhold the remaining account balance pending investigation and a decision by management. Users may contact our support team at [email protected] for account closure enquiries.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The re5 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. re5 makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime at all times. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, re5 shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
- System failures, internet disruptions, or technical factors beyond re5's control.
Re5's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the re5 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of re5 or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links: Where the re5 platform contains links to third-party sites, those links are provided for informational convenience only. re5 assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the re5 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed mechanisms, with Malaysian courts as the final jurisdiction.
